DM also works with essential support staff to educate them about CFA awareness and ethical issues, as well as offer brief introductory courses in financial / investment management so that they better understand the roles of front-office staff.

Daren Miller, CFA, teaches customized courses at clients’ premises, making it easy for busy employees to remain on site. DM provides a candidate screening program, which identifies potential candidates who are most likely to benefit from training and who have the aptitude to eventually complete the demanding CFA Program.
